The mods, which are only compatible with the PC version of the game, appear to be the handiwork of people on 3DM Game, a Chinese-language message board. As seen in the NSFW video above, the nude characters are fully animated, complete with Chun Li's exaggerated bouncing breast physics (physics that were criticized almost immediately upon the game's release in February).
